1. Introduction
At Maison Isley, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we provide a return and refund process as outlined below. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
2. Your Right to Withdraw
Per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, without needing to provide a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you, take physical possession of the items.
3. How to Withdraw
To exercise your right to withdraw, please notify us of your intent to cancel the order with a clear statement (e.g., via email, post, or fax). You may use our provided cancellation form, though it is not mandatory.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option). Refunds will be processed promptly, no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned items, or
- 14 days after you provide proof of return shipment, or
- If no items were supplied, 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund process.
5. Returning Items
You must return the items to us without undue delay, within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the items are shipped back before the 14-day period expires.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the items.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for withdrawal:
- Perishable products
- Custom or personalized items
- Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
- Digital content once the download has started
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If items are defective or not as described, you may return them under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 30 days from delivery to reject such items and receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
